Several thefts reported in Lawrence

Law enforcement report Burglaries and thefts reported ¢ A 23-year-old Lawrence woman reported an auto burglary theft to Lawrence police on Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a MyPal Pocket PC, Apple iPod and a U.S. passport. The total estimated loss is $1,230. The incident occurred between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of West Sixth Street. ¢ A Kenmore drop-in stove worth $1,200 was reported stolen from Northwinds Apartments, 1311 George Court. An apartment employee reported the theft occurred between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 7:45 a.m. Wednesday. ¢ A 22-year-old Lawrence woman reported a burglary and theft of numerous items to Lawrence police on Feb. 29. Nearly $2,000 of items including three digital cameras, a Gipson acoustic guitar and clothing were reported stolen.
