Law enforcement report ¢ Lawrence Police said they recovered on Tuesday a Dell laptop computer and a Dell desktop keyboard that were reported stolen from Vangent, 3833 Greenway Drive. The total estimated value was $1,638. A Vangent employee reported the incident occurred between 5:45 p.m. and 7:10 p.m. Monday.Burglaries and thefts reported ¢ A 55-year-old Lawrence man reported an auto burglary and theft to Lawrence Police Tuesday. He reported a Mac G4 laptop computer valued at $1,500 was stolen. The crime occurred between 6 p.m. Feb. 14 and 10 a.m. Feb. 15 in the 700 block of Mississippi Street.Emergency calls Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical reported these responses: Fire calls ¢ Motor vehicle accident, 8:36 a.m. Thursday, North Michigan Street and River Ridge Road. ¢ Motor vehicle accident, 8:57 a.m. Thursday, 2500 La. ¢ Smoke detector activation due to malfunction, 10:40 a.m. Thursday, 1425 Jayhawk Blvd. ¢ HazMat release investigation with no hazardous materials, 11:59 a.m. Thursday, Ridge Court and West 25th Street. ¢ Sprinkler activation, no fire, 5:10 p.m. Thursday, 2511 W. 31st St. ¢ Smoke scare, odor of smoke, 6:07 p.m. Thursday, 2142 W. 26th St. ¢ Motor vehicle accident, 8:16 p.m. Thursday, 943 Vt. ¢ Explosive, bomb removal, 11:49 p.m. Thursday, 1425 Tenn. ¢ Alarm system sounded due to malfunction, 12:16 a.m. Friday, 521 N. John Doy Court.

not only beta theta pi, but also it's a historical land mark. That's a big deal no matter where. It was probably bottle rockets.
