Burglaries and thefts reported ¢ A 23-year-old Lawrence man in the 3000 block of West 25th Street called police at 9:04 p.m. Saturday after he discovered that the door to his personal safe was open and $3,160 in cash had been removed. The man said he had last seen the safe closed around noon on Saturday. Police found no signs of forced entry. The investigation continues.
