Two arrested in KU thefts

Kansas University police have arrested two Wichita men suspected of stealing more than $4,000 worth of computer equipment from Oliver Hall dorm rooms over the weekend.Cameron Hardrick and Michael Deallie, both 19 from Wichita, were arrested Monday evening and booked into Douglas County jail on suspicion of theft and aggravated burglary.Three laptop computers and two iPods were found missing from dorm rooms in Oliver Hall Sunday night.KU Public Safety Capt. Schuyler Bailey said that the two men had no affiliation with students, and credited the arrests to “good witnesses.”- Ron Knox contributed this story.
