In May, someone fired seven gunshots inside the club, but no one was injured. The most recent arrests came the same night that a Kansas Highway Patrol helicopter helped local police patrol the downtown area, a step dispatchers attributed to downtown concerts. More details about the helicopter, including why it was requested and how often it’s likely to be used in the future, were not available from police this morning.Contributed by Eric Weslander.
