Victor Frost will be returning to research and teaching starting next August.The director of the Information and Telecommunication Technology Center at Kansas University since 1997, Frost announced Wednesday that he wanted to leave his administrative post in order to pursue his own work. He’ll stay on until August, and a search for a successor should beging immediately, said Steve Warren.Warren is the interim vice provost for research and graduate studies.Frost has been a senior administrator for ITTC since 1987. He earned bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees from KU, and teaches classes in communications networks and systems.
