If you would have actually read Aistrup's report, it seems rather non-partisan. Facts are facts...even if you are on the left or right.

No, facts have a clear librul bias. We need to eliminate the use of them in all media activities.

I too wonder how many actually read the article. So, Brownback sets two goals that are pretty much attainable by anyone (i.e. "so easy even a caveman could do it").
As for the third, educational acheivement, good for him on that, but also good luck getting this past your rightest base (who aren't necessarily against student acheivement, but are against government interference in Ed and increased $ that it will take to adequately educate). This would also seemingly be the hurdle with the childhood poverty goal...
