The word is spreading about Dorian Green

We ran a small story about his first college game, when he scored 17 points in a victory against Regis.

We included him in the headline when Colorado State knocked off Colorado in December.

And we ran a full-fledged feature story about his transition from high school star to college starter during the winter break.

Now, others are catching on.

We’ll keep this short and sweet as far as what we have to say, but below we’ve compiled a few recent articles from around the country about the rise of Dorian Green.

The first comes from former Journal-World sports writer Ryan Greene who now covers the UNLV Runnin Rebels for the Las Vegas Sun.

The Rebels play Colorado State tonight in Fort Collins.

The next comes from the Denver Post a newspaper that has so much on its plate it has hardly taken the time to mention the Rams in recent years. Not anymore.

In the past 10 days alone, the Post has run a pair of features about the rise of the Rams, including the one above and this one which was penned by Denver Post columnist Mark Kiszla after the Rams’ win over Air Force moved them to 2-0 in the Mountain West Conference.

Anyway, there you go. Read ’em if you like, ignore ’em if you don’t. I’m sure there will be more where those came from.
