What are the criteria to have your jersey hung in the south end of Allen Fieldhouse?
Honorees are generally men or women who have been named college basketball player of the year, MVP of the NCAA Final Four, multiple-year All-Americans or, in the case of Ray Evans, an All-American in both football and basketball.
Basically, though, the Kansas University Athletics Department is flexible on displaying jerseys in the south end of the fieldhouse.
"We will continue to review our process and make adjustments when we feel it is necessary," said Doug Vance, KU's director of media relations.
Vance added that KU does not retire jersey numbers, just jerseys.
