Basically, though, the Kansas University Athletics Department is flexible on displaying jerseys in the south end of the fieldhouse.

“We will continue to review our process and make adjustments when we feel it is necessary,” said Doug Vance, KU’s director of media relations.

Vance added that KU does not retire jersey numbers, just jerseys.
