The latest 804 Studio house project at 1200 Pennsylvania St., Monday, May 2. is nearing completion. Studio 804 involves graduate students entering the final year of the Master of Architecture program at the University of Kansas School of Architecture, Design and Planning, in the construction of a house or other building project. The new house in East Lawrence will have LEED Platinum certification through intelligent green design. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
