Since I was baby we've traveled to Joplin multiple times a year to visit with my father's family. It is like a second home to my sister and I. Now I have a child of my own, and the visits dwindled to once a year... we've been scheduled to get down there for our now annual yearly week-long visit this coming Saturday. Sure makes one think about attempting to see & visit with family a bit more often when they're actually living pretty close by... Grateful we have no family members who perished, but we do have family members who lost everything they own. Prayers, gratitude, grief and hope from us up to here to everyone in the Joplin area.
