Sex advice columnist and gay rights advocate Dan Savage gave a talk at the Woodruff Auditorium about discrimination, gay teen bullying and his own It Gets Better Project, which features more than 10,000 video testimonials from everyday people and celebrities, assuring victims of bullying that life improves. Savage appeared as part of Gaypril, the month-long series of gay pride events organized by Queers and Allies on the Kansas University campus.
