Marijuana legalization should be a small part of adjusting our laws to allow consenting adults to do with their persons as they wish.

This isn't about pot, this is about who owns our bodies.

No. Marijuana should NOT be legalized for medical use. It should be made legal for recreational use.

Do not leaglize it and let the government control it. Decriminalize completely.

If it is for medical use a prescription from an M.D. to a legitimate pharmacy should not need a law.

Make it legal. Less of drug then alcohol. Then tax the crap out of it. Legal all drugs. Tax the crap out of them.

No more yearly deficit. And, in time, no more national debt. The tax income would be insane.

As for the harmful affects of drugs, as a legal product it could be openly regulated and controlled meaning those negative affects would be reduced not increased by legalizing it. Legal or not legal, drugs will be used and it is better if it is in the open where it can be controlled.

Further, law enforcement costs would go down because organized crime and cartels are going to HATE having drugs legalized. No product to sell.

I hate how people stigmatize things and in so doing make the problem worse. Legalizing drugs seems like an obvious solutions to many problems. But, far too many people cannot think outside of the box and they drag everyone else down in the process.....
