Paper seems kind obsessed with this issue.....

Love hearing people complain about government not doing their job and then in same breath complaining about taxes.....

Yes. Wait, what do you mean, "so far"? Is it supposed to snow some more? I have not heard of more snow in the forecast, and I declare it to be Spring! No more snow! Moot, not "mute", but I know what you mean. Yes, fine with the snow plowing

It snowed 20 inches in five days. If you want your taxes to rise to buy more equipment that would deal with regular 20 inch snows each winter and then sit idle the rest of the year, go for it.
