I speak Russian when I've had lots of bourbon. Not sure how that works, I would have thought it would be vodka?

I lived in Germany for five years when I was young, and I studied French in school, but I'm not fluent in either language. Years ago a friend and I tried to see how many languages we knew at least one word in. Our total was 64, but we cheated a little by counting food names.
