Seriously, will opt for Mickey D's Cheeseburgers, Big Mac, or a Sonic Combo.

Never had the burger at old Chubby's, but I loved their grilled cheeses and fries when I was a little kid. Used to love all the old mini-juke boxes on all the tables, too.

Gave Dempsey's another shot. Still not impressed :/

I still think BurgerStand has them beat.

Burger Stand's elk burger; load it up and be sure to include a slice of onion.

Five Guys for Lawrence. Cheeseburger in Paradise for Kansas. The Onion in Spokane, WA for anywhere.

Runner-up: Red Robin

The Bleu Cheeseburger at Streetcar Named Desire restaurant at Crown Center is mighty good but in my opinion, Helen's Corral Drive-In in Gardiner, MT has the best burgers I've ever eaten. A little pricey but they are huge! ... really too much for one person to eat but they sure taste great sitting on their outside deck under the Big Sky.
