Yell. It is quick, easy, and cheap. I used to internalize, but that was not good for me. Mostly I avoid things that anger me.

I become very quiet and still, the angrier I am the quieter I am. I watch movies where I can see Jason Stratam or Bruce Lee kick the hell out of someone.
And, of course, I visit the cookie aisle at Walmart.
