“It’s better than many other places in the state. Our hospital is excellent. The big problem I see with it is access to health care because so many people can’t afford it.”

“I do. I think we have a lot of different options, especially with emergency care.”

“I feel like the health care is pretty good. The staff at Lawrence Memorial Hospital is really great. I think the hospital is the best health care in Lawrence.”

Top quality within the constraints of limited abilities. For those with a more adventurous disease, going east to the mother ship may be the best journey.

Sure. Kansas City Metro has great doctors and is only 20 minutes away.....

Yep. Kelly is an adventurer. And a man of few words. I'm thinking less Dos Equis and more Coors Light.

I would say yes. Of course the proximity to the University and it's satellites doesn't hurt. And what is an 'adventurer' and does it pay well? Or is that more a state of mind?
