Mangino is thinking -- "What are those things?"

Or ...

Mangino paused suddenly, disappointed, realizing, "Hey, these aren't giant Cheeze Puffs!"

Stay away from buffets and bars and you'll do fine :) Also stay away from my house because I've turned it into a beer buffet bar.

Obvious answer, breathe. Love that they asked this at the brewery, the answers would not have been the same if asked at the Merc. I'm sure prospector will totally agree with the lots of beer answer.

What answers would they have gotten if asked at a church? Oh wait, a nudist colony, now that would have been interesting or at least the pictures would be.

Its not what you eat, but how you move. My grandfather lived into his 90's. He had bacon and eggs every morning and sometimes scramble eggs for supper. He also drank gallons of boiled coffee, both hot and cold. He worked from dawn to dusk, only occasionally taking a break to rest his horses because of the weather. When he got his first TV, you did not see him sitting around watching it except for news and weather. He had better things to do. I also rarely saw him eat in a restarent unless it was for a celebration or he had to travel. I thought of him when I read an article about a person complaining about eating 8,ooo+ calories a day and not being able to maintain his weight. He was also riding a bicycle all day long.

Eat lots of venison, rabbit and buffalo plus the veggies. Brisk two-mile walk every single day. Two martinis before supper and a couple whiskies after.

Never ever drink a soda larger than 16oz.

Only if you are kind to the environment and carry the two 16oz drinks in a single 32 oz container.

At all costs, avoid taking part in any type of political discussion.
