The couple of times in nearly 50 years that I've had a Twinkie I wish I hadn't. I don't understand the appeal. I can't remember the last time I had a Hostess product of any kind.

Is everyone On The Street and in the comment section speaking euphimistacally?

I do feel bad for those who lost their job but as for the loss of the "poison" hostess sold I can only hope no one picks up the brand and continues producing it. Twinkies are nothing but white poison and that other crap isjust poison with another food coloring in it.

When I was in jail I used to order this thing called a Honey Bun from commisary. I don't know if Hostess made it but it seems likely. I usually don't touch garbage like that but it was the only way not to go to bed hungry. The food is pretty good in there but they only feed you enough to keep you alive.

Something tells me that rich Nebraska Furniture guy might jump in and save this one. Maybe he'll explain what Wonder bread is made of. It's definitely not bread. If you smush it between your fingers you can form it into a little square that looks like a sugar cube.

Bleah! Even when I was a kid I found Twinkies repulsive. It was like trying to choke down a kitchen sponge with a Crisco filling.

LP's? Not worth much unless the jacket is pristine. And then . . . still not so much. A friend had 250,000 burn up in a fire. Insurance barely paid a buck apiece for 'em.
