How much do you plan your meals in advance?
Asked at Massachusetts Street on May 28, 2012
“I plan — I think about what I might want to do early in the day and then get groceries. I usually get vegetables the day I make something so nothing spoils.”
“I’m spontaneous, I don’t really plan. I just shop once a week.”
“I like to have a plan of what I’ll eat for the week when I go to the store. It ends up being cheaper and healthier.”

Planning a meal fails the taste test. I wait to see what I am hungry for before I plan a meal.

Don't meals just magically appear three times per day? Same with laundry. I throw my dirty clothes on the floor and they appear clean and folded in the drawer a couple of days later. Sure do wish the lawn took care of itself in the same manner . . .

It will if you ignore it long enough.
Unfortunately there is a correlation between sitting on the couch constantly and a lack of extra-curricular activities in the bedroom.

Well if I waited for her to help with the reloading we'd be up to our a$$ in empty brass! ;-)

Plan some options for the whole week. Get up in the morning & choose one. Go from there. Dining out counts as an option.

As long as there are beer and chips in the house I don't worry about the rest. I am with RoeD, meals and laundry are like magic. I do make sure there is dog food for my boys. The kids are on their own. I do plan the weekend grilling.
