  4. Cast bullets (today's project).
  5. Shoot bowling pins.
  6. or golf balls.
  7. or both.
  8. Sight in the new V-series Weaver on the .308.

Go to Manhattan and see what people do in March without basketball.

Hopefully, camping at "halfway" at the Walnut River. Only 6 more months till Bluegrass. The halfway group is getting bigger and bigger. There is always a tv if needed.

Is there a problem with watching basketball in March that I am not aware of? Or watching basketball on meth? That could be bad

What kind of losers wouldn't watch it? Perhaps fans of teams that don't have eight consecutive conference titles, five national championships, and 13 Final Fours on their record? Perhaps fans of a school that has a record of 172-95 against their "rival" and is so tired of losing that they decided to leave the conference. But, why go to a conference where they will NEVER win the conf, championship in b-ball or f-ball. I guess it's because when their parents are brother & sister, they don't breed geniuses.

I wouldn't wish that on my enemies.

My reply was not disrespectful. It was a simple statement of fact. But thank you for sharing your philosophy.

Watch hockey, of course! Specifically NHL Ottawa Senators, and specifically # 36, Rob Klinkhammer, my lovely grandson.. there is a terrific interview of him on the O. Senators website.

Granted he's your grandson, but now that he's a hockey player, I'm thinking you might consider some other (tougher) adjectives. It's hard for me to visualize a "lovely" hockey player.

OK hitme, I guess you are right. He is a tough guy on the ice, 6'3" 214lb. but when he is just my grandson, he is lovely. I say he is tough but not a fighter, we watch 3 of his games per week on webcast (AHL games are all webcast) have been for 5 years and have only seen him fight maybe, maybe 5 times. He keeps his cool. And to resist a fight when provoked, shows a more strength.

If you would care to see more of him, go to the Ottawa Senators web site, click on interviews, there is a great one there of him and you can see how lovely he is to me. He just got recalled to Ottawa from Binghamton Senators, N.Y.

Cast 800 158gr SWC for the .38's this morning. Now I need to cast around 3,000 230gr SWC for the .45's. That oughta catch me up for a while.

Just checked online prices on powder and primers. GEEZ ! Glad I stocked up years ago, most has tripled in price.

Why do am I forced to listen to the tornado sirens just because some namby-pamby granola eater can't pay attention to the sky?

0

rantor 1 year, 2 months ago

There are some coo-coo clocks that definitely need to be adjusted between games.

Burn some brush if the winds ever die down and we get a little rain. Work in the garden. Ramble with the dogs. Climb a tree. Clear some more brush. Burn some more stuff. Cook hot dogs & marshmallows while we're at it. Repeat.
