Tried Tang back during the heady days when we were putting people in space. Nobody in the family cared much for Tang so it never became a standard part of the lineup.

Dill pickles. Also bean soup made with fifteen bean, bean mix and ham chunks. Served with hot cornbread and honey of course!

My fambly drank Tang like they wuzn't gonna makes it no more. Pappy's workbench had a coupla dozen Tang jar lids fastened to the underside of the upper shelf, the jars filled with nails & screws. 'Son, go grab me some finishing nails.' Where iz they, daddy?' 'Check the workbench. Third Tang jar from the left.'
