I like running at night when it's cool and the sun isn't beatin' down on my head :) always like shooting hoops, though I can't dribble for the life of me.

Running or walking. The last few years have resulted in more of the the latter than the former. Recently, the doggie has accompanied me on some run/walks but she doesn't stop to sniff near as much as I thought she would. Dang it!

My daughter is a real fiend for exercise, she said, "Mom, you should exercise more." I said I hate it. She said, "So do I but I do it anyway." Well, I do walk around my area, not much fun but what the heck. I do it anyway.

Studies show for every hour you exercise you gain one hour of life expectancy. Whatsa point if you spend it sweaty and sore?

Trying to corral the lemurs after they've been into the liquor cabinet is all the exercise I can handle.

I could bench press my doctor. He once tried to put a limit of 40 lbs on any lifting I do. I told him ,"Hell, I defecate bigger than that!"
His patients average about 75 years old. I'm the kid in his office
