According to my 4th grade teacher a slice of pepperoni pizza and a choc malt is a balanced breakfast..

But then again, if one is eating a generally healthy diet, the odd unhealthy snack would not kill one.

I guess I would have to say multi-grain or taco chips and salsa along with a diet cola. Is that healthy?? Not too bad, I suppose. I counted the healthy snacks listed out of 33 comments above., TEN

Fried chicken...or is that chicken fries? Preferably fresh killed on Mass.

Roasted, salted pecans. I have extremely low BP so the salt feels justified.

Just yesterday, though, I found a source for lots of other interesting healthy snacks (and some rather provocative photography). Check this out: http://www.thespicybananas.com/

It is indeed spicy! But the recipes I have read so far sound really good--there's a strawberry-basil-vodka lemonade recipe that makes me impatient for summer.

Crow and revenge, best eaten cold.

To be serious, I would probably say nuts or an apple. Nuts provide protein and an apply is fiber that help digest the protein.....

Beer. It makes you feel good and lowers your blood pressure.

Microwave popcorn w/ real butter in the bag, then buttered heavily with real butter and salted heavily after popped.....with a tall glass (vs. a short glass) with a triple shot of bourbon and diet ginger ale. It must be diet ginger ale though. ;-)
