I really like yoga with fruit in it. I hear you can use it in place of sour cream in many dishes. I go to the gym about three to four times a week. It has a positive impact on how the yoga goes through my body.

Hello autie!
I think that you are confused by the difference between "yoga" and "yogurt"!! You are making me "LOL" all over the place and are in danger of making me "LOLing right down the street"!!
I am very new to having a Lawrence Journal World commenter status but I am having fun and am glad to have met your acquaintance!
I think that you are fun and also a little bit "wacky" which is extra fun. My son says that I should interact more and I think he is right! I'm having a very good time because you are a hoot.

I took a rythmic aerobics class in college, and loved it. Zumba looks like fun, but these old knees can't handle much impact any more. Too many years spent working standing on my feet 12-14 hours a day.Now I just like to sit and watch.

You know what I find really annoying? All of the classes geared for older people are in the middle of the day. It's like they assume anyone over 60 doesn't have to work anymore. Newsflash--we'll have to work till we are 70+

Yes, I'm good at getting bendy.
But I've also taken some yoga classes. I really don't like doing yoga around other folks though. It is too distracting to my relaxation listening to two chicks whisper back and forth over there and the chick making odd breathing sounds over there and then the stray fart over there. It harshes my zen. So I sometimes do it at home which is nice because I can turn down the lights and light a candle and totally relax.

Oh and the worst invention in the world: yoga pants
pants that women wear as substitute pajama pants or sweat pants and think better of themselves for it....when in all reality, they should not be worn outside the home or gym
yoga pants do not make you less sloppy lookin!!

In other fashion news, I recently attended a punitive state-sponsored event and saw this coed with bobbed blonde hair in a North Face jacket, pajama jeans, and Ugg boots. I found out shortly that her BF is a frat boy. I was shocked.......
