One thing I don't understand... when teaching someone how to make a good PowerPoint presentation (I know, a good PowerPoint presentation is an oxymoron... nobody likes PowerPoint except lazy college professors), one thing is to have contrasting colors for the letters and background so you can see what the hell the presentation says. Kansas' new vanity plates have dark letters on a dark background and actually encourage people to tailgate because you cannot see what the plate says until you are right up on them.
