The Last Man on Earth with Vincent Price. More of a vampire movie than a zombie movie, but the vamps take on many "zombie-like" characteristics. Almost a cross between zombie and vamp. For you ultra-paranoid peeps try...

Bea~ Yes! I can just imagine---with the original stars, of course.

I'm imagining the "suck face" scene as zombies would have it be.

A movie that should be remade into a zombie flick: On Golden Pond.

Night of the Living Dead, without question. The original and still the best. The most recent remake of Dawn of the Dead with Sarah Polley and Ving Rhames was pretty good as well.

Basically, if it involves the living dead walking around trying to eat human flesh, I'm in.

Shaun of the Dead, hands down!

Roe, nothing good ever comes of being up at 5:10 in the morning (unless you're heading out for a day of fishing, of course--only reason I would get up at that ungodly hour).

I'm with her.

Is the most popular list an indication of the pending doom?

"Zombie Strippers". With a title like that I doubt I would be looking for subtitles . . .

Roed, You should watch "Zombie Strippers" it has no subtitties.

sometimes with subtitles you have to watch several times to get all the gory details. Takes 4 hours for me to watch a 90 minute movie. Just watched District 9 again yesterday for the fourth or fifth time. Plenty of splatter effects. Good thing it doesn't smear the subtitles

Hands down. "Zombie Strippers" It's got it all. Zombies, firearms, boobies. How could you ask for more?

Dead Snow and Shaun of the Dead. The Walking Dead is excellent, but alas, only a tv show. I'm not really a horror movie guy, so the comedic accents in the two movies is what tickled me.

I stopped watching them after the original Night of the Living Dead. It made me too hungry for ape spaghetti.
