Why do a lot of people immediately think "spicy" means "hot" or "Mexican" or the vinegar sauce in a bottle? How about cinnamon, ginger, turmeric? I honestly can't name a favorite spicy food, I love so many of the varieties!

For me, it's not Mexican unless it has cumin, and good Mexican isn't always "hot" food.

Banana in Banana out

Gimme some Thai Siam curry. Something that makes me sweat when I'm cold and gives me the appearance I have Rosacea.

When the local bar runs out of hot pickles in the gallon jar, I lay dibs on it and load it up with hard boiled eggs and a few habarneros for added kick. Put in the fridge for a month and enjoy. Downside can be a bit of methane trauma. Otherwise, 2 alarm venison chilli of which there are several recipes that I like...

Sushi with LOTS of wasabi - feel the burn. More intense than a Jane Fonda workout.
