What are you reading?

“‘Leaves of Grass’ by Walt Whitman. We went over it in my American Culture class last semester and he was really interesting, and his writing was just so revolutionary for the times, so I’m pretty excited about reading it.”

“‘Revolutionary Road’ by Richard Yates. It was about this couple, set in the mid ‘50s, and they’re trying to find themselves and what their goals and life plans are in the middle of the suburbs.”

“‘Captain Underpants and the Attack of the Talking Toilets’ by Dav Pilkey. He is a superhero and he fights them (the toilets).”

“‘The Girl Who Played with Fire’ by Stieg Larsson. It’s a suspense (novel) with financial intrigue.”

“‘Beach Road’ by James Patterson. It’s dramatic and it’s a page-turner. It’s a murder mystery. I love (the author); I only read him.”
