1# lean hamburger 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup green pepper, chopped (optional) 1 ½ cups water 2 cans (14 oz) diced tomatoes 1 can Rotel 1 can corn 2 cans green beans 2 cans chili beans/kidney beans/pinto beans/garbanzos (use your favorites) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 package taco seasoning 1 package ranch dressing mix

In a large dutch oven, brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Drain well and dump rest of ingredients into pot. Stir everything together, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30-45 minutes. This is always better the next day. You can make this in the crockpot too. For a “soupier” soup, double the taco seasoning (2 packets), the ranch dressing mix (2 packets), and the salt and pepper. Add 4-5 cups of water (rather than 1 ½).

Phil (AKA the movie reviewer) Kline's liver, with fava beans and a nice Chianti.

Bravo, Paul. After seeing Avatar and reading his review, I realized what an evil man he must be.

Quinoa with okra and soy barbecue ribs with sauce. Did you know that Quinoa is the only non-meat food that has all of the amino acids and you can get it at Walmart. It is in made by Bob's Red Mill and is in the aisle with the rest of their products.

Wow! Green Tea and Quinoa? Not so very comforting I would say. Chorizo, Fried Potatoes, eggs over easy and buttered English Muffin with sardines. That'll get ya through the cold day.
