I think I've celebrated Mardi Gras. Just can't remember how.

I fixed Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, Creamed Spinach (it's the only kind of greens I had) and King Cake!

German beer and dancing. I like to do Beyonce's Single Ladies dance. It is easy and fun.

I know someone who had a tradition of making home-made doughnuts. I've missed out the last several years, but the memories are delicious!

I don't. Just like New Year's Eve and St. Patrick's Day, it's another "amateur event" in my excuse to get plowed and act like a jackass for no reason....

Oh, the good ol' days in the Quarter: Famous Door, Cats's Meow, Mulate's. The drunk tank. Now I just go fishing. Or something. I did give up chocolate covered bacon for Lent though.
