Half of Northern Ireland is without water, and your concern is what was the best movie someone saw in 2010? Where are your priorities?

And Frank, hang it up.

I bought a box set of the Thin Man movies and watched them all again. Better than any of the new movies I saw this year, and I saw most of them.

Did you play the "every time William Powell drinks, you drink" game?

I saw a good movie that starred a carbon-based bipedal lifeform. Sorry, can't describe the lifeform in any more detail without being thought racist or sexist.

There isn't any water in Northern Ireland? Really? That shoots the day.

Still the best: "The Man who would be King" with Sean Connery

One of my least favorite movies. Yawn. Highly over-rated.

I did just read where Bob Dylan recorded Gates Of Eden on 1/15/1965 in one take.

I've been told that I always give an "Oscar worthy" performance too.

Hollis, Never watched it, I have however read: "Drink, Play, F@#k: One Man's Search for Anything Across Ireland, Las Vegas, and Thailand"

True Grit.

The original was good, but the remake is better.

The same best movie I've seen every year for the last 20-plus years: Female Trouble
