My favorite kind of melon is Collie.

Confusing? That's not the half of it! My daughter is PO'ed at me right now - I told her she cantalope.

To be honest, I generally prefer grapefruits. Melons get ripe too quickly and lose their firmness.

Besides, you see someone coming out of the. . . . store, lugging melons around, and you think that can't be good for their backs.
