Veal. . . . .

Deep Fried, On a Stick.

No seriously, I would like a REAL southern style BBQ pulled pork sandwich, the kind you can only get in Georgia or Alabama, or the Carolinas. With an awesome Mustard Sauce, but with that I am flexible.

Liquid bread... you know, the stuff made from yeast, grains and water, with some hops for flavor...

Bubba Gump Shrimp

"I went to Free State Brewery once but they don't sell Coors or Bud Light. Why is that?"

Because they only sell good beer.

Fishcat you beat me to it. I was going to say "less expesive". How about muff pie?

0

sgtwolverine 4 years, 7 months ago

Beets, pickled or buttered. If that is not practical, then just plain borscht.

Jonas

Is that working for your IV?

With each punch of that button, thank Mother Nature for placing the poppy on this world.

I speak for all the campers and wish you a successful recovery. Take care.

Yes, thanks for the help, but I already googled it. Interesting dish. I'll pass though. Maybe if I drank enough beer...

0

riverdrifter 4 years, 7 months ago

Wilcat burgers & Tiger burritos. Deep fried twinkie for dessert. And yes, Ad Astra ale is food, so serve it.

"Absinthe" - jonas

Come on jonas, this is KU not Bob Jones University. And you know absinthe only education does not work.

Topsy's Popcorn!! Especially cinnamon flavored!

When I walked into openning day at the K! this year and I saw the Topsy cart, I was excited.

Autie. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the kind where you stuff a tube down a LIVE goose's throat, and force feed it crisco twenty-four hours a day untill the goose almost pops. And after a long period of time, and the gooses liver is fatty and deseased, you cut it out and it that. EEEW.

What would you do for a Klondike Bar?

Boosh... Thank you trinity that is stuck in my brain now. You replaced "wheels on a bus" from an earlier post. Dam, now it's back grrrrrrrrrr

RETICENT_IRREVERENT 4 years, 7 months ago

If they ever start serving those damn thin little pancakes, the endowment association is being cut out of my will.

0

autie 4 years, 7 months ago

I have made that foie gras before with wild mallard livers. Mrs. autie raved about it. I was not impressed and realized those things would make better catfish bait.

Alright, my kind of guy. As long as that brown liquor is a good single-malt. And I'm thinking those footlong brats they are talking about are just the ticket. I'm sure there's a couple at the stadium now with my name on them. Can't wait for Saturday.

"Never had it. How would it be with Horseradish sauce?" Top

Man, I will be deep in the cold, cold ground before I ever eat goose liver. I usually get overstuffed at the tailgate on brats and cream cheese based dips and chips. And beer/brown liquor.

0

blue73harley 4 years, 7 months ago

Missouri mountain oysters on a stick.

0

TopJayhawk 4 years, 7 months ago

Bob. Never had it. How would it be with Horseradish sauce?

0

TopJayhawk 4 years, 7 months ago

Panini? That's just a fancy, overpriced grilled cheese sandwich. You can do better than that can't you?

0

The_Original_Bob 4 years, 7 months ago

"I hope you are kidding about the Foi-gras. That's about the worst example of frivolous animal cruelty that you can come up with"

I like it fried with ranch sauce.

0

TopJayhawk 4 years, 7 months ago

Do the turkeys get little wheel-chairs or what?

I hope you are kidding about the Foi-gras. That's about the worst example of frivolous animal cruelty that you can come up with.

Hot dogs, peanuts and beer are the only real football food. Commie pinkos just want the foofoo stuff as a ploy to subvert the 'merican tradition.

"Foie gras."

I thought that was French for Astroturf?

0

BABBOY 4 years, 7 months ago

Beer and turkey legs are the best or most obvious answers. I understand why they do not serve beer (I think they do in the suites), but not having turkey legs is kind of stupid.

0

trinity 4 years, 7 months ago

Klondike bars&fruitcake. yoohoo soda for a drink.

0

autie 4 years, 7 months ago

what kind a grass is that? Is that any good? Hope they didn't spray no roundup on it first.

0

schula 4 years, 7 months ago

They already serve Biggs BBQ, too.

0

number1jayhawker 4 years, 7 months ago

Biggs BBQ sounds good to me.

Matt from Wichita doesn't go to games because who in the heck would want to eat salmon at a football game and Matt from Denver obviously doesn't go to football games or read articles in the LJW, because they already server turkey legs. lol

MissinLawrence 4 years, 7 months ago

Beer...and yes; beer always counts as a food

0

Flap Doodle 4 years, 7 months ago

Free State beverages. That counts as food, doesn't it?
