Have you ever done a Red Dog’s Dog Days workout?
Asked at Asked at KU's Ambler Student Recreation Center on July 7, 2009
“No. I work out five or six times a week — I could probably earn a T-shirt.”
“Yes, I sure have. It wasn’t fun doing it at 6 a.m., but afterward it was great to have that feeling of finishing it.”
“No, I’ve never heard of it.”
“Yes I have, quite a few. When I was in high school, we had to do them for cheerleading.”

Woof!! Woof! No. But I did have a work out last week with a bottle of tequila. I came in third.

No, but I will be sitting with my Free State growlers at 23rd and Iowa today with a sign, "You honk, I drink." I think I am ready for the challenge!

Nope.
Happy 59th Autie.

59? whoooaaaa. I'm not sure as it was a long time ago, in the before time. But I'm pretty sure not that many yet.
RETICENT_IRREVERENT (Ronaldo Ignacio) says…
autie,
Just kinda roughly extrapolated that number, sorry.
What ever number, happy anniversary.

If they could have it at Free State or perhaps the fairgrounds where there is plenty of parking and lots of room for people to move around, absolutely. Otherwise, I get more of a workout going to the gym for an hour.

Happy B-day, autie.
BTW, did I miss anything interesting the last couple of days? I had to attend an emergency meeting of the Lemur Wool Growers Association in Wichita. There's a flood of counterfeit lemur wool on the international markets. It's shocking that somebody would try to pass off processed wombat wool as lemur wool.
autie (anonymous) says…
Snap, you said wombats? Hmmm. I think I know a wombat processor. I think there is a wombat ranch in Kansas.
