Recently started going back to the gym after 8 year break. Stationary bike and free weights. No longer feel the need to pick up one corner of the building, just want to get fit.

I stopped using my remote and now use my key to open my car door. My wrist is feeling stronger already.

In other news, shine up those pocket protectors. Happy Engineer's Week!

    Does twelve ounce curls count?

I watched the Bowflex infomercial once. Man was I ever tired.

I eat waaaay too much, so I have to exercise to keep from getting fat.

Well, I try to exercise good judgment daily. I also exercise caution as necessary -- when I'm not throwing it to the wind.

Do I exercise regularly? Hell, no. That's boring. I usually improvise when I exercise.

i started doing water aerobics about a month ago; haven't lost a whole lot size/weight wise, just yet, but am getting much firmer&just feel soooooo so much better! :) about 4 times a week, an hour at a time...it's great!

Sorry, but there are a few here who already have that title!

No, I don't consume fiber before I exercise.

Seriously? No, I don't exercise regularly; with my high-speed metabolism, I find it hard to find the motivation to exercise. I know there are benefits, but ... meh.

    Just my rights.

Yes. I get cranky if I do not. Sadly, I still try to lift the building but try to be more balanced to avoid joint damage.

    Just in futility.

One must be ready for the attack of the zombie banks.

I acually go to the gym for at least an hour most every morning (except weekends) around 6:00a, and do a lot of cardio. Couldn't tell it from my backside, but I really do.

Also, I work with personal trainer twice a month. I'm not sure what I'm going toward or running from, but it sure feels good!

And I raise my voice a lot. That is exhausting!

didn't they already ask this recently?

my answer is yes. With my family history, I'd already be dead if I didn't.

Exercise is good. I like to go for walks.
