food-wise or money-wise? yes to the former and no to the latter.

I assume the question is about food--not money. I feel the need NOT to indulge. However, by the time my daughter and I finish making all the candy and cookies we take around to friends, I'm pretty sick of looking at sweet stuff, so I AM tempted to indulge in the ham we have for Christmas dinner, as salty stuff sounds pretty good.

I don't need an excuse to get drunk on New Years or St. Patrick's Day. I get drunk when the mood strikes me. No where is that bottle...

Just the opposit, I remember the pain. I try to eat as little as possible. Ha!! you didn't believe that did you? Of course, not often I get really good food to eat.
