“Eat a healthy breakfast seven days a week, eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, only two hours or less of TV or Internet a day, at least one hour of exercise per day and zero sugar-sweetened drinks. Seven-five-two-one-zero. That’s what I learned at the Alaska Native Medical Center.”

“Get involved in the activities and sports here. … I’ve really enjoyed being involved with cheerleading, and I think physical fitness is very important. It makes you appreciate your body a lot more and helps you be more confident and outgoing.”

“Run, walk, work out at the gym. As long as they’re finding some time in their day to exercise.”

“What got me started was training for a long distance relay, and now I’m working toward a half marathon. I also took the body weight control class last semester. It fills up pretty fast, but students should try to take it.”

a little JP this morning Autie~I was just listening to that song this morning on the way to work and yelling those lines out the window. Luckily no one else was at the stop light at 23rd and Mass this morning at 5:10am or they would have heard me....and trust me, no one needs to hear that, that early in the morning.

just say no doesnt work and sex does burn calories try safe sex no matter what your partner says or heck live crazy and go get tested together. have a multivitamin, try to get enough sleep, learn not to sweat the small things, live, laugh love. eat a little chocolate and a lot of veggies. drink in moderation. work that brain and the body. make a couple really good friends. you have one life now live it well.

INCREASE casual sex. Daily. Or more. With multiple partners. At once.

First 5 posts win awards!Tossing Zenith's from two stories up can injury your back.Ask any partner if they've ever had an STD. A woman in the UK just won a big time award because her partner answered no, then gave her g-warts. She won 150..(do British keyboards have a 'pound note key' instead of a $?)

Stay away from sneezing children. (Wish I had followed that advice.) Can someone please pass the zinc?

No booze or drugs. Keep the pants zipped. Stay active and try new sports that you've not done before.Don't make 'eating' one of those sports - moderation and balance is the key.Talk to new people whenever you can.
