Do you take any dietary supplements?

“I try to take a multivitamin, lots of E, folic acid and B-12 complex when I can, but that’s about it.”
“I take fish oil. It helps with circulation, reduces the inflammation in my injured knee and the Omega-3 is good for your heart.”
“No. I guess I’m just not that worried about it. I’m sure you need some of them, but I think a lot of the time they’re just trying to sell more pills.”
“No. I buy them, but then I always forget to take them.”
