I give some to Nintendo, but usually expect something back.

Salvation Army bell ringers, and we adopt a family through one of the agencies.
Plus the kids' schools usually do something for the holidays.

I donate to Oxfam on behalf of my grandfather. He's 92 years old, so he doesn't really need a gift, but it makes him happy to know some third world family is getting 20 chickens or a goat, or what have you, in his name.

I give to Topeka Aids Project through my church's food pantry. I avoid the Salvation Army like the black death. I refuse to donate to a church that discriminates in it's doctrine against gay people.

I'm gonna go ring a bell outside of Dillon's until Andrew Moshirnia gets there.
