Should the state impose a sin tax on pornography?

“No. I don't think there should be a tax. I think there should be restrictions, but a tax is not the way to go. A tax would do more to legitimize it like liquor and cigarettes.”

“No. They probably wouldn't generate much money anyway because of the Internet.”

“I doubt it would be constitutional because of the first amendment, and it would be almost impossible to enforce unless they start a new task force.”

“Of course not. People can decide their own morals. It's not for the government to decide.”
