Should police use video cameras when they interview suspects?

“Yeah, to a certain extent. They should only use them for serious cases.”

“Yes. They can keep it for their records if they need to use it in court.”

“Sure. Just to make sure that everything that's said is recorded and everything is on the up and up for both sides.”

“Only if they have been read their rights and know that they don't have to participate until they have a lawyer present.”
