Did the state’s Click it or Ticket campaign make you more likely to wear a seat belt?
Asked at Massachusetts Street on June 27, 2004
“No. I don’t have a car, but in other people’s cars I already wear my seat belt.”
“Yes, because I don’t want to get a ticket.”
“It didn’t make any difference. I’ve never chosen to wear one.”
“Yeah, because if you don’t click it you can get a ticket, just like it says. It’s a catchy phrase. It made me want to use them more.”
