What was your impression of the Democratic convention?

Asked at Massachusetts Street on July 31, 2004

“It seemed hopeful -- a lot more optimistic, more genuine than the other party.”

“My ideology is so different. What I hear is so different from what the commentators report. I wish John Kerry had talked more about his record.”

“I saw some snippets. It just seemed like the typical, formulaic, programmed convention. They all are.”

“I really liked it. I thought it was inspiring. I thought they did a good job. It can only help Kerry.”
