Free State freshman Sara Roszak entered the week ranked third in the Sunflower League with a .623 batting average. She only added to it with a four-hit performance Thursday to highlight the Free State softball team’s 18-2 victory over Leavenworth (1-9) at Sports Field.

Roszak, who went 4 for 4, hit a double and a home run. She scored four times and drove in four runs.

The Firebirds (7-1) will travel to Ottawa at 4:30 p.m. today.
