Kansas volleyball wins in four sets at West Virginia

Madison Rigdon led Kansas to a victory with 17 kills and 11 digs Wednesday night in a four-set match at West Virginia.

KU defeated the Mountaineers, 28-26, 25-22, 17-25, 25-17, to improve to 15-2 overall and 4-0 in the Big 12.

KU setter Ainise Havili contributed 50 assists to help the Jayhawks past West Virginia (12-5, 1-3).

Kansas, ranked No. 11 in the nation in the AVCA poll, resumes its schedule Saturday with a 7 p.m. match at Oklahoma, and then returns home for a showdown with No. 5 Texas on Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the Horejsi Center.
