Veritas volleyball tops Seabury

For the second time this season, Veritas Christian’s volleyball team beat Bishop Seabury in three sets. In the latest edition of the crosstown rivals, the Eagles won 25-23, 13-25, 25-19 at Seabury.

The Eagles (24-9), who beat Kansas City East in the triangular (25-9, 25-12), were led by Emma Wilson’s 16 kills, 18 assists, five blocks and nine digs. Chloe Holland had 21 kills, six aces, four blocks and 10 digs, and Emma Boulton added 19 assists.

Seabury (9-22) beat KC East, 25-17, 25-16. Lindsey Hornberger led the team in kills and Maia Tilly added several blocks.
