Dante Jackson, Gage Foster invited to play in Shrine Bowl

Lawrence High senior quarterback Dante Jackson and Free State senior quarterback/linebacker Gage Foster were invited to play in the 2018 Shrine Bowl on Wednesday morning.

Jackson was named the Sunflower League’s co-Most Valuable Player, recording 2,189 total yards and a combined 25 touchdowns. Foster had 54 tackles on defense along with 702 rushing yards and 637 passing yards.

The 45th annual Shrine Bowl, an all-star football game that benefits the Shriners Hospitals for Children, will be played at Pittsburg State University on July 28, 2018.
