Man accused of spying on a woman, exposing himself to her
A man is accused of exposing himself to a woman as he spied on her in downtown Lawrence.
On Wednesday, Andrew Ryan Losure, 37, was arrested after he was found trespassing on a Massachusetts Street rooftop, said Lawrence Police Sgt. Amy Rhoads.

Just after midnight on Wednesday police received a report that a man was potentially window peeping from a rooftop in the 900 block of Massachusetts Street, Rhoads said. When officers arrived they said they found Losure on a roof, intoxicated.
Douglas County Jail booking logs indicate Losure, who is listed as transient, was arrested at 937 Massachusetts St.
Rhoads said Losure exposed himself to a woman while he was looking through her window.
Losure was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, window peeping and indecent exposure.
Losure was booked into the Douglas County Jail and later released on a $1,200 bond.
